Lex specializes in traditional cooking techniques such as smoking, curing, pickling, and pastries. Combining his love of food, history, and popular culture, Lex is known to improvise amazing recipes for popular television series, including his favorite Bridgerton.

Nathan Gurr is a cocktail and spirits expert, seasoned barman, woodworker, avid outdoorsman, and lifelong learner. Specializing in American whiskeys and cocktails, Nathan develops bar programs for acclaimed establishments across New York state, including extensive tenures as beverage director for both Todd English and the Zabar family, and most recently at Whiskey River in Peeksill, New York, which was awarded Best Whiskey Program in Westchester County by Westchester Magazine in 2024.
