Empecemos juntas». -Marta Segrelles

ENGLISH DESCRIPTION

"This book is a balm for wounded souls." María Esclapez, author of I Love Myself, I Love You and You Are Your Safe Space

Discover the healing power of embracing the child you once were.

What does my childhood have to do with the emotions I'm feeling now? How are my current problems linked to things I experienced then? And, above all, how can I heal past wounds that I still bear today? If you've ever asked yourself these questions, the answer can be found in your inner child.

Marta Segrelles, a psychologist known for her work on trauma and inner child therapy, takes readers on a journey of self-discovery into their pasts. This book provides the tools to help you reunite with the child that still lives inside you by being the adult you wish had been with you then.

"Before starting inner child therapy, I was upset and angry with myself. I didn't feel like a real adult, which for me meant doing everything right, never doubting oneself or feeling uncomfortable.

"During the healing process, I have learned to identify my feelings and self-regulate to give myself what I need, to rediscover and support the little girl I once was by being the adult I needed at that time...

"I want to tell you how I did this so that you too can learn to understand yourself better, reconnect with your inner child and transform your present. Let's begin together." -Marta Segrelles
