Organized alphabetically by common name of the plant or mushroom with a focus on simplicity, this cookbook showcases easy-to-follow recipes that bring out the flavors and nutritional benefits of wild plants and mushrooms. From visually appealing color photos of finished dishes to detailed information on identification, culinary uses, nutrition facts, and vegan options, this book is a treasure trove for food enthusiasts.
