Description for Sales People:
A fresh take on a popular topic. Enneagram has been a popular personality typing system for decades, but there hasn t been a bestseller on the subject since the early 2000s. The older books, though comprehensive, don t fully address modern life how to live in accordance with the enneagram in a world that now embraces so many different lifestyles, various forms communication, and interpersonal relationships. Young, relevant authors. Kacie Berghoef and Melanie Bell are in their 30s, but have already established themselves as leaders in the field of enneagram studies. They regularly lead workshops and seminars, and have written a book on the topic, Decoding Personality in the Workplace. They represent a new group of people who have developed a strong interest in enneagram and are looking for more resources on the topic. Comprehensive without overwhelming. Existing books are weighty and include a lot of rhetoric. This book explores just the relevant theory behind and history of the enneagram, focusing more on its practical applications. Incorporates real-world examples. The Modern Enneagram uses realistic examples to illustrate the power of enneagram, by way of scenarios readers may be familiar with communicating with a difficult coworker, or deepening one s relationship with a partner. Modern look. This book s look will reflect its modern approach, with a clean style and easy navigation."
