Robin Arzón is the Head Instructor and Vice President of Fitness and Programming at Peloton and a global fitness leader inspiring millions to embrace movement as a source of power. She is the New York Times bestselling author of Shut Up and Run, Strong Mama, Strong Baby, and Welcome, Hustler: An Empowerment Journal and is a Precision Nutrition-certified wellness leader.
